Transportation Program for Home Care

In our efforts to meet the needs of our clients, Family Bridges includes home care transportation services designed to get our clients where they need to go across the city. This special senior care transportation program is offered to our clients in the Cincinnati, Ohio, and Northern Kentucky areas.

Typical destinations for clients using our transportation program would be doctor appointments, pharmacies to pickup medications, the store to get groceries, or home from senior events and activities. Our caregiver will use your car or theirs to get you from Point A to Point B. We can take you anywhere you want to go.

We Go The Extra Mile – Transportation Program

Family Bridges is known for exceptional home-based care. We’re known for our trained, compassionate caregivers. Now, you can count on us for transportation, too. That means you’ll get the very best service in the home and on the road; whenever you need to see the doctor or get some groceries. It’s the best of both worlds – independence with assistance at home and a responsible, personable driver to get you where you need to be. And, all from a company you can count on to be there when you need us most.

If you have a question about a destination you need to reach, please contact us to speak with one of our knowledgeable staff about the specifics of your request. Our transportation services gives our clients the freedom to go anywhere they want, when they want, improving their lives and the lives of their loved ones.
